Histlog To Mysql

Introduction

Not a patch but a new program.

Description of Patch

Read all data from WS2300 memory and store them in the open2300 mysql datastructure.

Use: Run this programm as cronjob during the day to get all date

Installation of Patch

Makefile needs to be updated similar to mysql2300 directives. Do a "make clean && make all".

Nice contribution. I will be happy to add this to the 1.11 suite. If anyone is testing this please post your findings on this topic. Also if it just works.
