ModBus support for WS2300 data acquisition

This utility acts as a daemon, listening for connections then honoring specific ModBus requests for WS2300 data.

Detailed Description

This utility captures data from the WS2300 and packages it into a ModBus Ethernet packet, passing it to interested parties.

• modbus2300.c: the program that monitors a port and responds to ModBus requests
• rw2300.c: modified to read the MODBUS_PORT config variable
• rw2300.h: modified to read the MODBUS_PORT config variable

Installation

The open2300 source is necessary to compile modbus2300
