Static mask file and smart mask at the same time?

Question

Are the mask_file and smart_mask_speed options mutually exclusive?

Ideally I would like to specify a static mask file and also use the smart mask within that masked area.

I have configured both options but mask_file seems to take precedence and smart mask is not used.

			 Libraries: 
			 ffmpeg, mysql, postgresql 
		

		

			 Server OS: 
			 Fedora 10
