"Could not reset" error message 2

Question

Hello, I am trying to get this software to work on my XP machine.

I have: Open OS 1.10 Win XP Pro - SP2 La Crosse 2300 - connected via Com1

When I run any of the Open2003 tools, they all work once. i.e. if I run: log2300 log.txt conf.txt

I get output all ok in my Text file. As this: 20080408132305 2008-Apr-08 13:23:05 23.0 20.4 15.8 65 75 2.4 202.5 SSW 19.3 0.00 46.62 897.68 1018.900 Rising Sunny

But then, when I run it a second time, I either get nothing, or depending on the Open2003 tool I might get - "Could not reset".

I have run a Com Port Sniffer, and have gotten this if it helps? This is the output of that. It just continues like that.

To get it to work once again, I have to reboot.
