BUG: I have problem "netcam_output_message: Invalid SOS parameters for sequential JPEG"

Hi, i have problem, dont work stream in motion from ip camera sip1601w (http://10.144.40.200). In run motion debug write "netcam_output_message: Invalid SOS parameters for sequential JPEG". If vlc-player view http://visitor:visitor@10.144.40.200/videostream.cgi - connect to ipcamera and stream successfully.
