Feature Request: Simple JPEG HTTP serving

Description

There's a nice program for win32 called Dorgem (dorgem.sf.net) which has a nice feature to serve JPEG on dedicated port, not multipart, but just 1 frame captured just after request on HTTP port. It's quite a usable feature and, i think, it's quite simple to implement. I would appreciate if you add it in next versions of Motion
