Motion And Vloopback video.c Patch

Introduction

This patch is supposed to work with the new version 0.94 of vloopback

"There is one problem which I found when using it with motion. If you want to use the "next available" feature when specifying a video pipe, the method used to do that by the motion routine (video.c) is not correct for Linux-2.6. I have also written a patch to fix that..."
