Create new Requirements Spec Baseline

• Read all the bullets first
• Click the "Create New Baseline"
• Select all text in the edit area (control A)
• Copy all text to the paste buffer (control C)
• Cancel out of the topic - do not save
• Open the real baseline topic
• Enter Raw Edit mode
• Select all text in the edit area (control A)
• Click the Delete button on keyboard to delete all text. Do not use control X!!!!
• Paste the text you copied earlier to the edit area
• Save.
• You now have an updated baseline topic.
