GCC Optimizations for Intel Atom CPU

Description of Patch

This patch includes optimization for Intel Atom CPU "-march=core2 -mfpmath=sse -mssse3 -mmmx" into configure.in

Hint: gcc 4.5 will have "-march=atom"

Installation of Patch

Download the patch file (against svn 468).

patch < atom_optimization.diff.diff

Then re-build Motion and test the patch.
