max_mpeg_time

  • Range / Valid values: 0 (infinite) - 2147483647
  • Default: 3600

The maximum length of an mpeg movie in seconds. Set this to zero for unlimited length.

Comments

This is the duration of the event that it limits in practical.

It would be very difficult to trace how long the mpeg actually is and I do not think this is what people are interested in.

The purpose of the feature is to limit the size of the mpegs in case something crazy happens in front of the camera.
