Feature Request: Port for Apple Mac OSX

Description

should be fairly stright forward as Darwin is a (Free)BSD derivate. I am only looking for netcam support, as that is what e.g. the Apple Trash.MacMini hardware would excel at: a cheap and very very robust platform for a security server using motion.

ffmpeg already builds on osx 10.4.2 just fine, so that's your prerequisites smile

I'd be very happy to supply remote login to a mac box (developer kits preinstalled) if you want that.

Follow up

I'm mantaining the FreeBSD port , so if you can supply me an account i can try to make the port , i think that won't be hard because as you said osx is close to FreeBSD.
