Feature Request: video_fifo feature

Description

It would be really nice if motion could create a fifo file for the encoded stream - call the option video_fifo

This way you could stream the file with ffserver stream:/var/run/motion0.fifo

Should have almost 0 overhead and allow streaming of the video whenever there is motion - that would be really really sweet.
