Detailed Description

Current Linux programs for motion detection (e.g., kmotion, ZoneMinder) are generally browser based requiring typically a webserver and MySQL?. If the industrial features of these packages are not needed then all that is required is a basic desktop client. gmotion aims to fit this bill.

The project currently includes an initial upload which is functional for an experienced Motion? user. Functionality wise this upload includes a program to view jpg images from Motion events, and a program to view a live stream of snapshot images.
