BUG: Motion 3.2.1 memory leaks heavily when restarted through http control

Motion 3.2.1 memory leaks mejorly when restarted through http control.

Test case

  • Start motion
  • Run top
  • Connect to the control port with a browser
  • Navigate to action restart
  • Watch how Motion grows like crazy each time you repeat this

Environment

Motion version: 3.2.1_snap11
ffmpeg version: 0.4.9pre1
Shared libraries: ffmpeg, mysql, postgresql
Server OS: FC3, kernel 2.6.10 stock
