BUG: Ubuntu Gutsy 3.2.9 Deb - Minor change to motion.conf thread path

The default motion.conf file placed in /etc/motion references (remarked) thread files with a path of /usr/local/etc, which is the default when building Motion from source. Changing the thread path to /etc/motion might make more sense. This change may help to avoid confusion for new Motion users who might think the thread files have to go in /usr/local/etc for some special reason.

Environment

Motion version:	3.2.9
ffmpeg version:	Ubuntu Server default
Shared libraries:	ffmpeg
Server OS:	Ubuntu Server 7.10 Gutsy

Sure that will help , but that's not a bug

Ubuntu packages are based in debian testing , so Ubuntu should has already a 3.2.9-2 based in :

http://packages.debian.org/lenny/motion
