BUG: FLV generated movie files play too fast

Any flv files play at a crazy framerate so a 2 min file is played in 2 second. I've tried with motion 3.2.12 on archlinux (ffmpeg >1.0) and ubuntu ffmpeg version 0.8.4 and the result was the same. Unfortunately I can't compile the recommended version on these releases as many dependencies were deprecated.

Motion version: 3.2.12
ffmpeg version: 0.8.4
Shared libraries: ffmpeg
Server OS: ubuntu 12.10 i686
