BUG: Motion does not work with Chrome

It's not really a bug, but I'm not sure where else to put it. Chrome now required MJPEG streams to be on html pages inside img tags. Can you please make this change to Motion's web server?

WEbserver works fine in Firefox or mobile Safari but not Chrome.

i see this Chrome bug as well. A new issue has been created for it at https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=308999.

Is this ever going to get fixed?

EDIT 2015-08-19: Anybody w/ coding skill can provide a patch to motion's webcam server?
